Why are you the right girl for BMD?
As a predominantly African American woman, I'd like to celebrate my femininity with a community that values all forms of beauty; and not just the generic, European, cookie cutter beauty that our society seems to uplift and celebrate on daily basis. I am confident that Black Men Magazine recognizes and appreciates the whole woman, and not just her race and the ethnic features. I also have a vast appreciation for African-American men and their hopes, dreams, & successes. If chosen to be a BMD girl, it would be an honor, and it would allow me the opportunity to express my respect, love, and adoration of black men.
